[ Upon hearing the creak of the restroom door, Grell's head snaps up.
Pretty red hair mussed, eyeliner smeared, and top torn, she imagines that she must be an unnerving sight - especially out of breath as she is, and bent over an unconscious stranger bleeding from the head.
She stills, meeting the newcomer's eyes. ]
Lock the door behind you, mm?
[ It's said almost casually, and though it might be posed as a request, that clearly isn't the case. She's alert enough that she may be ready to turn on said newcomer next!
In fact, she's expecting that she'll have to. Seeing the other man seated at the bar earlier, he didn't seem to be particularly friendly - perhaps, even uncertain of the company at this particular club.
Yes, she remembers well, because she'd initially ignored him for it. As handsome as he is, she can't be bothered with a man that is unsure of what he wants! That's what she thought, but now, that may be her downfall. ]

Perhaps it couldn't hurt, every now and then.
no subject
I'd find it incredibly beautiful.
no subject
You're quite convincing, I must say.
no subject
[ Taking the last hit from his cigarette, he tosses the butt from the window. ]
I don't believe I asked your name.
no subject
Grell. And yours?
[ In the meanwhile, she's making herself more comfortable in her seat while facing him. ]
no subject
[ It may have been a better play to give a false name. He doesn't know just how much he can trust this woman, after all. But as he just said, he's not one to lie. And keeping up a front is far more difficult than simply choosing what true information you make available. Plus, he's fortunate enough to have a very common name. ]
That is quite a unique name you have. Easy to remember.
no subject
I'd like to think that the same holds true for my identity as a whole!
[ Raking her fingers into her hair, she gives him a wink! ]

[ A taxi pulls up across the street, dropping off a drunken and highly peeved man. He seems to be searching his wallet for the driver's payment. Then some loud cursing begins before the cab speeds off, the driver obviously not pleased with losing his fare. ]
no subject
Well, Mister William T. Spears, I want to assure you that I never meant to imply you are anything but a man of your word. In fact, it is my sincere hope that you are, for I am very much looking forward to our plans this evening.
no subject
[ The cold look he gives her serves as a secondary warning. ]
We should wait until he's settled and no longer on edge. Better yet, asleep.
no subject
Mn, I will follow your lead, darling.
[ Reaching out, she brushes a stray flick of hair behind his ear. ]
And should we be able to establish trust this evening, it's more likely than not that you'll have a difficult time getting rid of me, you know? I find you very interesting.
no subject
Stop that.
[ Realizing this, he huffs, shakes his head and makes to get out of the car. ]
no subject
Where are you going? Didn't you say that we should wait?
no subject
[ Despite obviously flirting with her minutes before, he seems to want to reclaim his personal space for the moment. Thus he starts across the street, not waiting for her to get out of the car. ]
no subject
With a shake of the head, she shifts to exit from the car. Following behind him, she's swift and surprisingly light on her feet. The clack of her heels are soft as could be. ]
Care to drop any hints, dear?
[ She quietly quips - but it looks as though she's having fun! ]
no subject
[ He waits for conformation before approaching the front door. ]
no subject
[ Pulling the ID and knife from her back pocket, she offers them to him. ]
no subject
[ He takes the man's ID from her, though, tucking it in his jacket pocket. ]
I am going to knock on the door, saying I have his ID and that I saw what took place. He may just allow me inside if I tell him I taken his side in the argument. You remain just out of sight and wait for the right time to enter, something I will trust you can deduce on your own.
no subject
If you feel that you need me sooner, whatever the reason may be, give a signal. I'll know.
[ With that, she rounds the side of the house - presumably, to check for an alternative entry. ]
no subject
The plan goes swimmingly enough. Though hesitant at first, William's quickly able to get the man to allow him inside. He clearly displays his disgust of Grell's 'kind', but using far fouler words. I agree, William replies. There are certainly types that shouldn't be allowed in. It's spoken dryly, but he words it vaguely enough that the drunken man doesn't pick up that he's the one being referred to. He also doesn't notice the brief glance up to Grell as he sees her shadow quietly cross the kitchen behind them. Honestly, such disgusting things should be taken out entirely.
It's Grell's signal to prove his point. ]
no subject
Standing over him, she presses the pointed heel of her boot into his groin with a sneer. ]
And taken out, you shall be! But it won't be swift. Oh, no, I won't allow you that mercy. Why should we, when you've no compassion of your own?
no subject
I would say you need to learn to respect a beautiful woman, but it doesn't seem you'll have time to put that lesson to use.
no subject
Paying him positively no mind, Grell is looking at William, instead, lust in her eyes! Already, she's exhilarated by the partnership and the pursuit, but to be called beautiful in the midst of such a beastly display... well, she might be a little in love! ]
Darling, might you lend me your knife? The filth says that it doesn't wish to die just yet, so I'm afraid that mine remains indisposed.
[ Stepping over the victim's body, she holds her hands out to her partner with a bat of her lashes! ]
no subject
Perhaps you can help him to understand how you feel.
no subject
Oh, I do hope so...
[ Unfolding the knife, she turns its blade up to fulls appreciate its profile and the way it glistens while still clean. It's a fleeting moment - and then, she's glancing back to the groveling sack of bones and gut. ]
After all, how does one convey the incessant r a g e at the world, for fucking oneself up so badly?
[ She turns back, stalking up to the man painfully slow, as she looks him over with disgust. ]
For forcing an unwilling soul onto this earth, a stranger in its own body.
[ Planting a foot on either side of the man, she leans down, drawing the knife down his front. It's just enough to skim the fabric, and nick his skin here and there. ]
And no matter how you arrange it, it's never going to be right, because that's simply not the way it was built. The remorse encompasses you, a reminder of what you don't have... That very possibility was taken from you at conception!
[ As she grasps his clothing to tear at its new seam, her voice rises. ]
I wonder, what could I take from you?
