[ What began as a heated conversation seemed to earn the curiosity of the lobby's dawdlers and passer-bys-- until it became downright explosive. The boisterous tone of voice was all too recognisable, for everyone there had found themselves subjected to Grell's charades at least once, and for most, that was one time too many. The smartest of them would turn on heel and leave the direction they came.
Unfortunately, those that were in the immediate vicinity wouldn't have such privilege. A foolish, albeit good-hearted young woman had just stepped between Grell and the target of her aggression, in hopes of diffusing the situation. Instead, the enraged redhead snatched the new receptionist by the hair. ]
Oh, is this what it's all about, then! This wagtail bitch?!
[ Immediately, several reapers jump in to take Grell's arms and detach her. While they are successful, it only earns a face-splitting grin from her - for, now, she has a better distraction. Flipping one man over her shoulder, she gives him a splitting kick before turning on the rest of them. It's nothing short of a brawl. ]

I absolutely will not, until we've stained the entire town red! We're going to have a grand time.
no subject
Doing what, exactly?
[ He would spend a good portion of the day in bed, except that he's not in his own home. ]
no subject
We're going to have a day behaving as two young single folk, making properly terrible decisions.
[ Sitting back, she nods decidedly. ]
You'll be getting it all out of your system with proper supervision!
no subject
[ With a huff at his own comment, he takes another swig. ]
The idea of you providing supervision over me is almost laughable.
[ It's true, he almost seems like he might chuckle at the thought. ]
no subject
You'll have me to enable you, then!
[ plopping back with a huff of her own, she's resisting a grin, seeing him in better spirits like that. ]
After being with someone so long, you'll be tempted to do many things. Ought to get them out of the way, you know. Move on faster.
no subject
What sorts of things. You're being rather vague.
no subject
You tell me. What are your-- [ Glass held to her chest, she leans in close, peering up at him from beneath heavy black lashes, voice playfully husky. ] ~darkest desires~?
no subject
[ Stated almost immediately. Just the thought of it has his fuzzy, tipsy mind almost grinning. ]
no subject
Surely, you must mean with a lover.
no subject
[ He ponders his drink a moment before continuing. ]
However, I can't deny the appeal of that option.
no subject
I suppose there is some hope for you, then.
no subject
What are some of yours, then. I'm certain they outshine my desires. Perhaps you can enlighten me on where I'm lacking.
no subject
I want a challenge. [ Ah, her eyes go a bit glassy already! ] A man with a-- resilient body and strength of character, that won't buckle in a quarrel - who would, in fact, raise his hand against me in a way that would make me weak.
[ Her tongue darts over her lips with a breathy little chuckle. ]
Before I shred him into pretty red ribbons with my scythe.
no subject
Why would you so willingly do away with him?
no subject
Why wouldn't I? Once the fun has run its course, what's left? Delayed gratification is best - it makes the climax all the sweeter - but it's best to recall that taste than the bitter dissatisfaction of disappointment.
no subject
[ Somehow all of this is sounding familiar in a way. Though he's certain that's just the alcohol's thoughts. ]
no subject
Well then, that's the dream. [ Her shoulders raise with a hum! ] Perhaps we would go on to fight another day! Hopefully, he wouldn't snuff me. Wouldn't that be embarrassing! [ Now, a sigh, accompanied by a shake of the head. ] Men; always a gamble.
no subject
[ Advice he should take, himself, it seems. ]
no subject
What makes you think I'm interested in any of that, hn?
no subject
[ With another large sip, his glass empties. He regards it with a frown before searching for the bottle. Unfortunately, that hasn't much left in it. ]
no subject
William's fussing catches her attention, which gives her the perfect opportunity to sweep away! She's up on her feet, heading for the kitchen so that she may procure something else for them to enjoy, presumably.
But, she will offer him a reply over her shoulder, at the very least. ]
You seem to assume that this soul mate of mine would be any better than I am.
no subject
[ With his glass empty, he sets it aside and takes the brief time alone to focus back on his own thoughts. They're more of a blur now, to the point that he's actually wondering if there's a soulmate for himself out there. A foolish concept, of course, but his tipsy mind still has him curious. ]
no subject
Look what I~ found~♥
[ Striding her way over to seat herself on the couch's arm, she removes the cap to give it a sniff. ]
I've only kept this around for you, really, but I've warmed up enough to enjoy it with you.
no subject
Perhaps I should have come over sooner. Saved myself from the embarrassment of the evening.
[ She hasn't brought any tonic or ice along with the gin, but he holds his glass out, regardless. ]
no subject
Well, I've got you now, so you might as well make yourself comfortable.
