Technology in the reaper realm always advanced much quicker than in the mortal world. How that was possible wasn't made quite clear, but every employee would have to agree that it made the job far more tolerable and almost manageable. Before they knew it, fancy new machines were showing up in their cubicles and offices. Large ones that could transfer writing from one sheet to countless others. An extremely convenient electronic typewriter that made the organization of files far more streamlined. And now, their newest administered device which allowed them to communicate between departments and even branches without having to travel. They called it a 'cellular phone.'

Where one might of thought he'd be the classic tighty-whitey style of underwear type, instead he's got on a pair of long briefs, tight and in a light enough shade of grey that you can make out what's hidden beneath decently well. ]

Her stockings are certainly the highlight of the outfit, red stilettos and opera gloves to match, along with a cute little bolero. Her hips are cocked, knee raised to conceal herself. Her arm is propped over her head, pushing her hair over partly out of her (mostly concealed) face. ]

[ William is heaving a sigh. It's the obvious solution, of course, but he was relaxed and comfortable in bed and now he has to put trousers on.

Grell won't get any text reply, but in 10 mins or so there will be a knock at her door. ]

[ A part of Grell is fearful that he won't show - that he'll come to the conclusion that he's not thinking clearly, or that he'd be making a huge mistake! And so, that knock on her door might be the best sound she's ever heard.

Grell's pulled on an overcoat and trousers, though her gloves and stockings are still just visible beneath. As she's promised, she's left her face makeup free, even though it leaves her just the slightest bit bashful upon answering the door, tucking a bit of hair behind her ear. ]

You'd decided to keep me guessing, I see.

[ He'd almost expected her to answer the door without covering up at all. So when she's seen with a coat on, he's vaguely surprised. ]

Go get changed into the lace pants and shirt you were wearing earlier. We won't be having sex tonight, as I'm certain you were expecting.
