[ No one questioned anything when William suddenly left his office that morning. "I've been called to a meeting" was all the information he gave the rest of Dispatch. To them, it wasn't surprising, seeing as he was the head of the department. For William, however, the summoning came with zero notice. As he made his way to the upper managements' offices, all he could wonder was what issue his subordinates caused that he'd have to clean up after, this time.

It wasn't until lunch break that William returned to Dispatch. The others expected they'd get reprimanded for something, but William remained quiet, his face expressionless as he closed the door to his office. ]

[ Of course, his first thought is that she's already dragging him over for another romp in the sack. He's about to argue that they should have done so before bathing, but then she's pulling him under the blankets and nuzzling against him affectionately. ]

And you were angry with me earlier for wanting to sleep later.

[ She mutters against his lips, before taking them in a kiss. The blankets are still a bit warm, but it's the heat of his body that's so comforting. All she wishes to do is indulge in it further. ]

[ All he gets out is a huff, as he's quickly silenced by her lips on his. The affection, the warmth, it all has his eyes drifting shut. As he'd been earlier, before Grell had rudely awakened him, William buries himself by the crook of her neck. ]

I will attempt not to snore, this time.

[ Resting her cheek atop his head, Grell breaths a long, satisfied sigh while closing her eyes. ]

[ And he's good on his word. No snoring. Just calm, even breaths against her neck. As he drifts off, he idly thinks just now nice she smells, and gives a satisfied hum. ]

[ The next Grell wakes, the room is all too bright - it's the only thing that keeps her grounded as she drifts in and out of consciousness, but otherwise, it's not entirely welcome! She's all too comfortable and doesn't want to move. Blearily, she reaches out to pat around for her glasses, and improperly slips them on to take a squinting look at the time. Just past noon.

With a whiny little groan, she nestles back as she was, reaching a hand up to dig into her hair... Which has dried positively wildly during their slumber. ]

Mn... Will...

[ A grunt sounds from against her chest, but William's hardly making any effort to move, or even open his eyes! ]

...what?

[ He doesn't sound eager to know, at all. ]

[ Ah, yes, that's her William. This is reality. ]

Love you. [ Her voice is partly muffled, as she grabs his unused pillow to lay over her face. She doesn't exactly want to move, either... She feels as though she could just sleep for eternity! She hasn't overslept in a lifetime. ]

[ William simply grumbles and turns his face fully into her shoulder. ]

I also... [ YAWN. ] Dreamt that we were abducted to some station. In space.

[ Now that she's struggling to recall it, her brow is knit deeply in thought. ]

We had to complete sexual acts for currency-- no... They were on a bingo card...?

[ There's a decent pause before William lifts his head. ]

What are you on about? That's absurd.

[ She pushes that pillow away to give him a look that matches his incredulity! ]

We got in tiff, and you went off to have a fling with some American captain, but we then had some-- interesting hate sex on the beach. You sucked me off, and frotted a bit, but went back to my room for a proper romp. You, to me-- and then me, to you...

[ She stares off at that last bit, realising how surprisingly hot that is. ]

[ His frown increases the more she recalls. But, there's a few key points that leave him with questions. ]

[ He's pretty sure he knows, but it still raises the question of why she dreamt about it. ]


( William's frown grow larger as Grell told of the remembering from her dream with William frowning. Grell finishes the words she recalls from the dream and William look confused. He frowns, eyebrows moving closer and in the downward position closest to his nose.

"Wait, tell me what it is you mean by the me doing you that you said happened in your dream last night."

Knowing what he think it is, William still want to know why Grell have this thought in dream while she dream of William and herself. )

[ Grell's mouth twinges into a wicked little grin, tired though it may be. ]

[ It's stated as though he'd rather not hear the answer. ]

[ The reaper's gaze ventures toward the ceiling as she mulls that over. ]

Oh, that's a rare one. Certainly the first since we've been together.

[ Raising both her hands above her head, arching her back just so, she takes on a more submissive pose! ]

[ He reluctantly pushes himself up, but gives her submissive little pose a good look over. ]

Yes, you've made that undeniably clear over the years.

[ Though, her phrasing makes him slightly curious. ]

What are these more common dreams?

[ He definitely didn't need to push himself up for that one, but she appreciates the gesture, surely. Gets a self-satisfied little grin out of her. ]

Mmn, well... Some are terribly predictable. Snogging on your desk, for example. Others, to strange to decipher-- as was last night's.

[ Yeah, as if any of THAT would ever happen.

She relaxes to drape her arm back around him. ]

I think my favourite might've been defeating Sebaby together rather brutally-- and then found ourselves unable to keep our hands off one another! [ Oh, she's blushing even now. ] I couldn't stop thinking about it. I had to excuse myself for some relief halfway through my following shift!

Stop calling that vile demon by your ridiculous pet names.

[ It's unclear whether he's saying this out of jealousy or disgust. Still, he sits up further with a huff, leaning against the headboard and pulling the covers up to over his lap. ]

Are you telling me you pleasured yourself while you were on the clock?

[ Grell wants to believe it's jealousy, and she rather likes it. Rolling over, she settles onto his lap, arms draped comfortably about his hips. ]

I am. Does that upset you? Sir?

[ His face certainly conveys his irritation. With a balled fist he gives her a good smack atop her head. ]

Honestly, you're fortunate that I am no longer your boss.

[ Grell yelps, cheek pressed to his thigh with a might pout! ]

Honestly, most husbands would find something of the sort to be enticing...

[ A little huff, as she moves a hand to rub at the top of her head - though a smirk quickly settles back onto her lips. She still likes it. ]

Having to work overtime due to your perverted mind is not enticing to me, in the least.

[ Overtime, William's biggest turn-off.

Though, he does fail to negate her use of the title of husband for him. ]

[ IT doesn't go unnoticed, ad the reaper's lips part into a might grin because of it! Her hands wander up and along his hips affectionately. ]

Perhaps it's you that is fortunate not to be my boss any longer.

Honestly, I've thought that on many occasions, already.

[ He watches her hands as they move, then gives her a stern look. ]

Are we going shopping or not. It's certainly isn't going to happen if we continue with this all day.
