Technology in the reaper realm always advanced much quicker than in the mortal world. How that was possible wasn't made quite clear, but every employee would have to agree that it made the job far more tolerable and almost manageable. Before they knew it, fancy new machines were showing up in their cubicles and offices. Large ones that could transfer writing from one sheet to countless others. An extremely convenient electronic typewriter that made the organization of files far more streamlined. And now, their newest administered device which allowed them to communicate between departments and even branches without having to travel. They called it a 'cellular phone.'

( This shall be a catch all post for any random text exchanges between characters! )

Cadavagram and Pinanimate are image-based, but the former is more about original content and socialising, whereas the latter is more about saving things that you enjoy, in my experience.

[ Just enough time for her to huff about it and resume her nightly rituals. She's just finishing up her skincare routine when she receives his message-- and nearly springs for her phone! ]

[ At first, she is baffled by the name he's chosen for himself -what appears to be gibberish! But it's just recognizable enough to click, after she gets past the initial shock. Not only that he's caught onto that hideous trend, but also, that he's followed her at all! She's never felt so validated! ]

[ He probably senses the roll of her eyes, upon reading his reply on social! She leaves that as it is to text him back. ]

[ Too bad! He's getting a picture - of herself, pulling up her oversized, but very cute sleeping shirt, to flash her bum to the mirror. There are definitely lacy panties. Also, she's left the majority of her face out of it, seeing as she's taken off her makeup! ]

[ He knew it was inevitable. And not being able to delete or hide her text, he is forced to view it as he responds. A response which comes after a bit more time than one would expect. Grell's frame is slender enough that, from the angle of the shot, she would have fooled William into thinking she was a lady - had he not already known her secret. Ah but a response, that's what he was doing. Definitely didn't get distracted. ]
