[ No one questioned anything when William suddenly left his office that morning. "I've been called to a meeting" was all the information he gave the rest of Dispatch. To them, it wasn't surprising, seeing as he was the head of the department. For William, however, the summoning came with zero notice. As he made his way to the upper managements' offices, all he could wonder was what issue his subordinates caused that he'd have to clean up after, this time.

It wasn't until lunch break that William returned to Dispatch. The others expected they'd get reprimanded for something, but William remained quiet, his face expressionless as he closed the door to his office. ]

[ And with that, he's turning to exit the flat, expecting she'll follow along without command. ]

[ With a look, Grell folds her coat back over her chest to tie off again. ]

I don't think I would want to see myself after being locked up like that.

[ Taking his hand, she interlocks their fingers whilst leaning in closer. ]

And, just so you know, I did bring something like it, but better. Just in case.

I think I have more than enough experience in dealing with you when you're in one of your moods.

[ Perhaps the only one. It might almost be nostalgic. William shakes his head at that absurd thought. ]

[ A snerk. ]

[ Her tone is playfully mocking, and after a beat, she glances back at him to give his hand a loving squeeze. ]

Until I have the opportunity to show you, anyway.

[ His own words being used against him! Huff!

Regardless, he doesn't let go of her hand, instead locking the door behind them and glancing down the hall as if she should direct him. ]

[ And with a simple hum of approval. She takes them there. It's in a shockingly upper scale area of London, busy with night life-- albeit in an alley, lined with back entrances to restaurants and the like. There's a single lantern lit beside this particular door, however; its glass is notably red. ]

[ And of course, William has to give the location of the store a skeptical look. ]

This seems a bit sketchy, if anything.

[ Not they'd have anything to fear, mind you. It's the concept of it all. ]

[ With a snicker, she places a hand on her hip. ]

And how would you market this brand of merchandise to this brilliant and accepting society?

[ She releases his hand to approach the entrance, making a show of designed offense-- though spoilt by her grin. ]

I suppose I'll get the door.

[ Fine, she has him there. Only grabbing the door at the last minute, he follows her along. He should have known just what he'd see upon entering such a store, but he still has a rather confused frown on. Far more 'categories' of toys than he would have imagined. Lubrication and contraceptives of all flavours and textures, something he'd never even considered a possibility. He's not even certain where to begin. ]

[ The shop is shockingly less seedy than one would anticipate, styled much like a boutique. The clientele seemingly ranges from average to eccentric, though clearly of the upper class.

Grell finds herself eyeing the other to see how he's faring. She can sence that he might be overwhelmed, lovingly nudging at his shoulder with her own. ]

Follow me, then. We'll start easy, with the lingerie.

[ Leading the way, she heads through to one of the open doorways, opening into a wide room full of intimate wear, from tasteful to the extreme. ]

[ There's no protest from him, as that was the part he'd been most interested in. Once there, he briefly glances around, opting to browse through the more delicate and lacy garments. Considering many are designed to show off a lady's breasts, William skips over many of them. He ends up pulling quite a few deep-v body suits as well as some two piece sets. There may also be a pair of crotchless panties in the pile.

Unfortunately, there a severe lack of red among the garments. ]

[ While he initially receives a skeptical look at the color palette he's chosen, Grell's features take on a quality of intrigue as she goes through the garments. ]

I can't try these on, my love. [ There's a chuckle on her tone. ] I'd be happy to give you a fashion show at home, however~

[ While it makes sense, for the most part, he's not sure why that matters for the tops. ]

I expected you to do so, regardless.

[ A look is given to her before he glances back at the racks. ]

Choose something yourself then, as well.

[ The look that he gives her only receives a bat of the lashes-- and to his demand, her face brightens, for she'd already spotted just the thing while he was looking.

With a bounce to her step, she's off to fetch what she desires, and she has two additional hangers with her upon return. ]

So, you'd mentioned leather...

[ She holds up the first, a set of cuffs and harness panties made of rich burgundy leather. ]

[ William takes the garment from her, inspecting all the straps and metal rings. The cuffs are easy enough to recognize, but the rest gets a frown from him. ]

Just how do you wear this?

[ Grell laughs, holding his wrist! ]

Here, this we can try on, so I'll show you.

[ She's already pulling him along toward the dressing room. Once there, one of the associates gives Grell a look, as the majority of what she is holding is undergarments.

Grell gives the man a look right back, before unloading the selection into his arms. ]

Keep these at the front for me, then, mn?

[ There's the hanger that William's holding, and she has another curious piece comprised of leather bits and baubles. But before the worker can part from them, she plucks one of the pieces William had chosen, as an afterthought-- and pops the tag off, to place in the man's hand. ]

[ And then, despite the look she receives, she pulls William along with her behind the curtain. ]

[ Silent through the whole ordeal between Grell and the worker, he finally speaks up as he makes certain the curtain is pulled shut behind them. ]

You're set on that one, I see.

[ There's a cushioned bench along the side of the stall and William takes a seat, crossing his legs as he waits for her to dress herself. ]

[ Chuckling, she sets about removing her coat, draping it across the end of the bench, beside him. ]

It will go quite nicely, I think.

[ Pulling her arms free of her bodysuit, she bends over to work it down her boots and step out of. ]

[ The bodysuit is tossed into hammerspace, and she wiggles into the plunging black v-neck one he'd chosen, instead. After a bit of adjusting, she stands herself upright in front of the mirror, turning around to peek at the back. ]

[ He leans forward slightly, feeling the material between his fingers. Close enough to touch, but not quite enough to touch her.

You look rather beautiful in lace. Black lace, at that.

[ It does contrast quite nicely with her milky skin-- and the lace is of surprisingly good quality; soft and nearly smooth to the touch.

Speaking of touch, she watches him intently, arms rising to idly play her fingertips along the flicks of her hair. For him to call her beautiful, for any reason, gets the reaper to flush. ]

Let's see how you feel about leather. [ She nods to the garment he's kept with him. ]

[ The blush is noted, but not commented on. Instead, he removes the leather straps from the clasps on its hanger and dangles it between his two hands. He's certainly curious as to just where each belt and loop is supposed to go. At the moment, it looks like a mere jumble which he doesn't have the patience to figure out. ]

If you can decipher this I'm sure I'll be pleased.

[ With a chuckle, she reaches out to take it. She opens the buckle meant for the waist and leans over to step into the garters, shifting it up and over her hips. Ensuring that the closure is nice and snug, she shoots him a glance to gauge his reaction whilst she adjusts the remaining straps to size. ]

Now do you see?

[ She turns about to see for herself, fingers running beneath the straps contouring the bottom of her ass. ]

[ As each strap tightens snugly around the correct curve of her body, William nods approvingly. Then glancing down at the cuffs beside him, his eyes narrow. Yes, it's rather apparent that he fully understands now. Especially so when he's standing to pull her hands back behind her, calmly clasping the restraint around one wrist, then the next. ]

I understand quite well now.

[ Breathing a content little sound, her tongue dashes along her lips. That intense look-- the calm but commanding movements. The entire situation has been a turn-on, but now she can certainly feel her blood rushing hot through her veins. ]

[ Ah, and she can watch him in the mirror, now. Even better. ]

[ The second cuff is tightened with a sharp tug of the strap. ]

I'm inclined to latch these cuffs up on that hook.

[ His serious eyes shift from his work to the metal hook on the wall, meant for hanging all the clothes you intend to try on from. ]

Then I could browse the rest of the shop in peace.
