[ No one questioned anything when William suddenly left his office that morning. "I've been called to a meeting" was all the information he gave the rest of Dispatch. To them, it wasn't surprising, seeing as he was the head of the department. For William, however, the summoning came with zero notice. As he made his way to the upper managements' offices, all he could wonder was what issue his subordinates caused that he'd have to clean up after, this time.

It wasn't until lunch break that William returned to Dispatch. The others expected they'd get reprimanded for something, but William remained quiet, his face expressionless as he closed the door to his office. ]

[ Stabbing at her salad, she looks off with a faintly guilty pout. ]

I am not. It's just-- you know, not red.

And what if I find lavender to be beautiful on you?

[ He plucks a few more crisps from her tray, since she hasn't touched them much. ]

[ The idea alone certainly brings colour to her cheeks. ]

You can't say that, you haven't even seen it yet!

[ There's a beat, as she almost shyly eats a bite. ]

But-- if it pleases you, I'd wear it.

I can imagine it. And I think my predictions will be accurate.

[ The shyness is intriguing to him. It's so different from her over the top personality and constant swooning over him. Perhaps just because he'd like to see more of it, he reaches over once she's finished chewing and takes her chin in his hand. The kiss is brief, and he's standing from the table once it's over. ]

I will be inspecting the new flat when your shift it over. Meet me there when you're out.

[ A kiss, out in the open, unprompted... it leaves her dazed, heart fluttering erratically!! Once he pulls away, her eyes remain closed just a moment too long, and her hand hovers to hold him, just out of reach. ]

--Ah? You're leaving?

[ William checks his watch. ]

Yes. You need to finish up and I'm distracting you from that. Also, I was promised my things would arrive to the new flat this afternoon and I'd rather not miss the delivery.

[ POUT. ]

I don't mind the distraction-- but... you should be there, then, yes...

[ She climbs up onto her knees, to give him one more kiss before he goes, though! ]

You're going to make me say it at every chance you get now, aren't you?

[ Rhetorical question, but he caves. ]

I love you, as well. Now finish up and get back to your post.

[ Her shoulders rise, clasped hand hovering over her chest and eyes alight-- utterly giddy. ]

Mn♥. See you tonight, my darling... I'll miss you~

[ A nod of his head and he's off.

When Grell arrives at the new place, she'll find him in the master suite. The flat is pretty bare, for now - not a single red pillow or drape to be seen! But he's certain she'll remedy that soon. For now, he's emptying his clothing into the provided dressers. Aside from his suit jackets and shoes, he's left the remainder of the walk in closet for her to use. ]

Did you behave yourself on the remainder of your shift?

[ He asks without looking up. He's too focused on folding his dress shirts properly. ]

[ Initially, she'd called out for him as soon as the front door swung open, but she took a few moments to wander through the empty living area, across to the kitchen, and backtracked to head down the hall, where she could poke her head into the spare room before hitting the master. She coos at seeing the bathroom, larger and much more suitable for shared baths-- but it's the closet that makes her gasp with astonishment. A walk-in!! ]

Oh... Oh--! What a dream♥--

[ And with the few outfits he has, that's quite a bit of room indeed!

There's also William, bent over before her. She reaches out to cup his ass playfully. ]

[ The action somehow unexpected, he straightens up immediately. Then spinning to face her, gives her a warning glare. ]

Do not do that.

[ He's less protesting the touch and more that she actually startled him, for once! He huffs and clothes the drawer he'd been working in. ]

I hope this flat appeases you.

[ Such only makes her giggle, as she slinks forward to wrap her arms about his waist. ]

You can't be serious. Appeased?

[ Lashes lowering, she nuzzles at William, to mutter against his lips. ]

This is our home, now. I love it.

[ Almost as if it's payback, his own hands find their way down her back to cup her own ass. ]

Perhaps we should christen it, so to speak.

[ Well aware that the answer will be an enthusiastic yes, he moves her towards the bed, giving her a forceful push down upon the mattress. ]

[ The attention certainly earns a purr from the redhead, her hands coiling into the shirt over the small of his back-- and to his suggestion, a delighted breath. Again, he's initiating, the man that had been so stubbornly resistant to her advances! ]

Well, that only seems right~

[ Falling back onto the bed with an enticed little groan, drawling into a chuckle, she reaches out to tug William in by his collar, as her ]

Mm, perhaps this is a dream♥.

[ At her tug, he climbs over her, knee nestling itself perfectly between her legs. ]

Have your dreams of me always been this vivid?

[ Raising her legs to press her thighs into his hips. ]

You're right. [ Her hands pull at his tie to loosen it with a lick of her lips. ] As if it could ever compare to the real thing.

I should hope not.

[ He allows her to undo his tie, but interrupts her progress with a series of intense kisses. ]

[ That certainly does complicate the simple task, her fingers stilling to curl into the fabric - any yet, she somehow manages to pull the knot loose between the embraces of their lips, pulling the tie free to discard onto the bed beside them. It enables her to flick open the topmost button of his shirt, so that she may slide her hands beneath and brush her palms over his soft skin. ]

[ There's a long, very pleased sounding hum as her fingers run across his skin. He toys with the idea of sitting up and removing the shirt entirely, so she may access even more of him. But he's far too engulfed with kissing her to pull away. ]

[ Though his appeasement and continued affections draw a sweetened breath from her, between the passes of his lips, the restricted access makes her rather impatient. In that way, his patience rewards him, as she'll find her hands wandering back to the front of his shirt, to tug its buttons free, while mewling blissfully as their tongue entangle. ]

[ Once she's finally done away with all those closures, William's quick to pull his arms free, one at a time. The shirt joins his tie and is instantly forgotten. William pauses their kisses for the briefest moment, if only to give her an order. ]

Remove yours, as well.

[ Grell has already busied herself with running her palms over his bare collar and shoulders, kneading at them needily whilst licking over her rosy lips. Being forced to stop earns something of a pout, but she's happy enough to comply, neck stretching back to rest her head and watch him beneath her heavy dark lashes. ]

I don't know what it is, but-- each time just become more exciting than the last with you...

You won't grow bored of me, then?

[ It's almost said as a command not to. He'd certainly be irritated if she suddenly lost interest. Perhaps a bit heartbroken, too. But he'd most likely keep that buried behind all his seriousness.

He remains propped up on his hands, leaving her enough room to fidget out of her shirt. ]
