What? Don't seem so surprised, I just think that times are changing and women out to have a little more wiggle-room, so to speak.

I actually agree with some of this. The skirts seem acceptable as an option of personalization of the uniform. As long as they're the required black and they wear leggings or stockings something of that sort I could see it being fine.

The Pub bit... well it might be a good way to reward overtime and boost morale. Happy workers work better. Besides if people were rewarded for positive work ethics and conduct they might be more inclined to behave accordingly.

All you'll have to do is sign them after and bring a fresh cup of tea or snack per stack because really it's the least you can do.
